Working out by riding a bike helps your hair to grow. It relieves stress, helps you sweat out those toxins (add a definity belt), tones your core, improves circulation and so much more.


No more excuses- if I can do it -anyone can 

Slid the handle bars off, strategically placed between file cabinets and ready to ride 10-30 minutes daily while working. 

When I’m not on my indoor bike you can find me doing things like this:

Supporting an emerging fashion designer & multi-media artist ( just so happens to be my daughter)
